Discover the Silk Route

China Celebrated

Stop one on the journey along the Silk Route.

Dinner and story telling by Giles Abbott, a delicious authentic Chinese dinner, with an entertaining story highlighting the importance of the oral tradition, a fantastic start to fundraising, a fun night with great authentic Chinese proverbs and wisdom, held in the quirky venue of the Canal museum.

Shopping and fun, this was such a different type of night it was filmed by the Islam Channel.

Java Jamboree

The second leg of the journey along the Silk Route, a visit to Java. The fundraising was fun, the dinner was authentically Javanese and the entertainment unique.

An intimate night of networking, shopping, and relaxing with friends at the Bishopsgate Institute in Central London.

A fabulous and different dinner event, guests witnessed a martial artist walk on crushed glass being just one of the highlights.

An alternative night out, with interesting trivia about the growth of Islam in Indonesia.

Incredible India

...Ahhh the third stop on the journey along the Silk Route, an incredibly fun night with dinner and entertainment at the Victoria Park Plaza in Central London.

Laughing the loudest at jokes told by comedian Jeff Mirza who was definitely adding the spice, acapella singing from Abdullah Rolle who was raising the spirits, against the rhythmic beats of the tabla players.

Touching on the very best offered by India, a brilliant auction, a fantastic dinner supplied by Ragamama and a growth of interest in the Schools Project.

Finished off with Paan, the original India sweet.
